Step 2 – Planning
After the proposal is approved, we will begin the planning phase of the project. This involves everything from permit applications to ordering of materials and creating a project schedule for you to review. You will be provided with a login to your client portal of our project management software to view the project from start to finish.
Step 3 – Construction
During the construction process you will be kept in the loop via emails, photographs, video walks, site visits, and most importantly through our software where you can keep tabs on everything from the project schedule, billing and budgeting, change order management, material selections and messaging.
